3Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one kp8888 account. Creating duplicate accounts — including using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details to open multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, kp8888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your kp8888 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if anything changes. kp8888 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information you have provided.

3.3 Account Security

Your kp8888 account password and login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. kp8888 staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@kp8888.biz and we will lock the account pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

6Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers in controlled environments. kp8888 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

If your connection drops during an active game round on kp8888, the round will continue according to the game's standard rules. For live dealer games, the system will follow the game's auto-stand or fold rules where applicable. kp8888 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device, and is unable to offer compensation for results determined during a disconnect.

6.3 Malfunction & Error

kp8888 reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by software errors, display malfunctions, or configuration errors that result in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed. If a jackpot or large win is identified as the result of a technical error rather than a legitimate game outcome, kp8888 reserves the right to void the win and restore the player's stake. Such decisions are not taken lightly and will always be accompanied by a full explanation to the player concerned.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kp8888 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play any game
• Collusion with other players or dealers
• Match fixing, angle shooting, or exploitation of live dealer game procedures
• Any form of card counting strategy in live Baccarat or Blackjack (note: this is technically impossible in RNG games but may be monitored in live play)
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith
